I can't believe this happened....

Hi Everyone,

I just started a new job recently and it seems as though
one of our servers (not a member of the 2000 domain, but
running Windows 2000 server) cannot be logged into.
Apparently, the person that created the administrator
password is no longer with the company and cannot be
reached. Is there any way to access the local machine so
I can change this password? Any help would be greatly
appreciated. Thanks!

You can use an application from Winternals called ERD
commander, it has a utility called Locksmith, that will
allow you to reset any local passwords
