When you try to activate do you get another screen from microsoft with a
series of six blocks with six numbers in each? when you get this screen you
check on the same screen for your local microsoft phone number, call this
number and you will get a microsoft operator who will ask you to read out the
numbers on your screen, they will then ask you why you need to activate
manually, you give them the reason and they will then give you a series of
six sets of numbers which you enter into the bottom set of blocks, press
enter or OK and the program will activate.
