First: If you really have tried everything, then there is nothing we can do to help.
Second: Don't show your real email address and your real full name. The Internet is a very dark alley to expose yourself that way.
Third: Monitor this newsgroup for answers. Not many of us are going to expose ourselves to you by emailing you. How do we know you are not scum bag looking for email addresses to spam.
Now: In detail tell us what errors you are getting.
Copy any error messages exactly and post them her.
Tell us what ISP you are using for email (other than hotmail)
Note that the "free email via hotmail" can not use Windows Mail.
The more information you give, the better chance we have of helping you.
