I have been on the phone with my ISP, Hewlet Packard, Media Temple (website
and email host) and still not working.
Here is the error I am getting:
The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'Softball Award Pictures',
Account: 'mail.aubreymoon.com', Server: 'mail.aubreymoon.com', Protocol:
SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10051, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E
I have several emails in my outbox and nothing can go out. I have
downloaded all of my emails and I am currently getting new emails but cannot
respond.

This is an IMAP however when I went to tools and settings it showed it as a
POP3, which was not the way I had set it up. I tried to change it but it
would not let me delete or change this setting.

Probably a dumb question but have
you tried creating a new account?

Solutions that work for
me may not work for you

Proceed at your own risk

First of all, IMAP versus POP is a receive issue. It has no effect on your
ability to send. The error below is a send error.

Aubreymoon.com is not your ISP. As such, your home ISP will block
your use of any port 25 SMTP server other than their own.
For an explanation of this policy, see
http://www.postcastserver.com/help/Port_25_Blocking.aspx

To send from home, you will have to substitute your home ISP's
SMTP server. If you need help with that, let us know who your
home ISP is.

You can't change a POP account to an IMAP account in Windows Mail.
Start a new account, then delete the old one.
However, I find it doubtful that aubreymoon.com supports IMAP.
