I cannot see a frontpage menu

I made my own website in frontpage. I use frames. In my
left menu I used menu buttons from Frontpage. After
installing Windows XP ( I had problems so I made a format
and new install) I connot see this menu when I go online
to my website. At all of my friends and in all internet
cafe's I can see this menu. What do I have to do to see
this Frontpage menu again and how is this possible after
a new installation of windows XP? Please help. Thanks in
advance.

This surely is a coincidence that the HMTL you are publishing in anyway
changed due to move to XP.

Suggest you re-post this in a FrontPage newsgroup. Suggest you post the
URL so that someone familiar with HTML can critique/debug it with you.
