I cannot Search from Address bar - http:///?%20Radio

When I try to search any thing from address bar the following followup
before the search word - http:///?

EX. When I search for Radio - Address bar showsup - http:///? Radio

Why and What should I do to Correct it. I did run the Reg editors, But It
diddn't look like detects any thing?
