I cannot Save As to a network drive.

Strange problem here. I cannot open a Word2000 doc from a netowrk drive and
preform a Save As to the same location. Error message tells me file may be
password protected, or an unavailable network drive. This started happening
after a install XP Service Pak 2

Help!!

hotfix.

A temporary workaround is to uninstall the patch KB885250 through Control
Panel > Add/Remove programs. But it does leave you with a security
vulnerability, and Windows Update will keep trying to reinstall the patch.
