I saved my file on a disk and swiched computers and know I can't retrieve my
data.
Can any body help.

You need to use the Import option under the file menu in Outlook. Once
selected, follow the Import wizard to copy your .pst file off of the floppy
and back to the new computer

Don't import your native Outlook data - import is for translating another
file format to one that Outlook can use. Copy your .pst file to the hard
drive and then open it using Outlook - File->Open option. This will
preserve important connections between contacts and journal activities,
received dates, birthdays and anniversaries in your calendar, custom forms,
etc., all of which would be lost using the import option.
