I cannot long onto my computer, i forgot my "User" password

I recently changed my "User" password that loggs me into my computer. Well i changed the password in a hurry and i cant rememeber it now. So im totally locked out of my computer and i have no idea how to change or even go into my computer as a different name. I need help figuring this out. THank you very much
