I cannot log in to my new email account.

I have a new Outlook Express account at work.
I cannot log in to the new account. It tells me
invalid user name & password. Can you help?
The account is (e-mail address removed)

You might try your IT dept? Perhaps?

1) Ask your IT people.
2) Ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup like
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.outlookexpress.geenral
The account is (e-mail address removed)

3) NEVER publish your real address in a newsgroup.

Now that you have published your real email address in a public newsgroup,
you'll have to change it anyway.

*NEVER* put your real email address in any newsgroup message.

You'll know why...after your IT department closes your new account because
of the spam and malware that will be sent to it.

In the future, when you have problems, sue the support staff at your place
of employment.
