I cannot locate my "out of office assistant" on MSFT office 2003..

My MSFT Office 2003 doesn't appear to have an "out of office assistant". I
would like to know how I can add it to my Outlook. I though that it came
standard with Outlook anyway.
 
It does, but only appears when you use Microsoft Exchange as your mail
server, usually in a business environment. If you're a home user with
POP/SMTP email it's not relevent so won't appear.
