I cannot get autocomplete to work regularly--

My autocomplete only works AFTER I have sent some emails and then ONLY with
the names of the people I have actually emailed to. When I reboot or shut
down, I have to start all over again. I have the settings right--is this a
solvable bug?

This is a true statement. It's how autocompletion is SUPPOSED to work.
When I reboot or shut down, I have to start all over again. I have the

First, try deleting the NK2 file found in the (hidden) folder
%AppData%\Microsoft\Outlook. If that doesn't work, create a new mail
profile in Control Panel's Mail applet.
