I cannot get admin priveleges on my own home computer.... PLEASE H

I got this computer for free from a company I worked for.... I left the
company, but whoever setup this particular computer is long gone and he is
the only one with the admin password. I need to get admin access to my own
computer darn it. This is ridiculous and I can't figure out how to. Can
anyone help? ...
