Can someone please help me... I know that you must
recieve piles of emails across the world... But I am in
dire need of help. I am a student at Penn State
University and I have a problem accessing any types of
secure sites. Basically anything that has a little Lock
in the bottom right. It isnt any proxy settings or
firewalls of Penn State since any other student,
including my roomate, on his computer, can access any
secure site. Windows Update is just one more place where
I cannot go. Please help me since I cannot log into many
sites where I must hand in work. Thank you very much and
