I can' t see the map "appdata". Where is it?

I just bought a laptop with vista home premium.
I can' find the "appdata" folder. It should be in C:\users\mark\
but the only thing I see is Documents, Downloads, Favourites , etc..., no
Appdata
I have administrator rights.

Any suggestions?

You can type it yourself. Click the field at the top of the windows
where it says

Computer -> (C:) -> Users -> Mark ->

And it will turn into

C:\Users\Mark

make it say

C:\Users\Mark\appdata
