I can send email, but not able to receive email. How do I corre.

I just got a new computer, set up my Outlook, I thought. Now can send
emails, but none sent to me ever show up. I have cable connection, and
contacted them for sign up info. Help, please
 
When you set up your POP account did you do a test the account. If you are
using Outlook 2002 or 2003 then go to Tool - Email Accounts - View or Change
Existing - select the account. Select TEST in the bottom right hand corner
to determine if indeed the account was setup correctly.

The other possibility is that if this is a POP account then you would need
to not only setup the Outlook but also the POP account to pull the email
into your Outlook (remember to save copy on server). Other possibility they
are in a Personal Folder that is just not visible to you or a rule is moving
them to another location.
