I can receive but cannot send

I see many of the same question but have tried several options with no luck.
I get the following error when trying to send.

The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'Updated company
information', Account: 'pop.mail.yahoo.ca', Server: 'smtp.mail.yahoo.ca',
Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number:
