I can not send email to any one outside my organization

Your "organization"? Is that outside your *Exchange* organization
(i.e., are you using Exchange as your mail server)? If so, contact your
Exchange admin. Otherwise, what is the error message shown in the
Progress dialog window when you attempt to send?
