I am using Version 4 (NT)created files but having a hard time ope.

I have old version of Visio, Version 4, I have many org charts that I
created when I had NT and or Windows 2000, Visio does not work on new XP O.S.
any suggestions please

I'd suggest you ask in a Visio newsgroup. This newsgroup supports
Microsoft Access, and it would be a sheer coincidence if anyone were
familiar with both products.

If it worked on NT and Win2K it should work on XP as well.

Without a specific error message or specific problem mentioned,
it is hard to know what's going on.

I would suggest uninstalling and to try reinstalling.

If that doesn't fix the problem, perhaps you should run some
hardware diagnostics on the machine to see if you have a bad
spot on your hard disk, if there's a bad memory chip, etc.
