I am receiving 2 copy of each email.

Hi everyone,
I have some trouble in using Outlook 2003.
When I receive the email from our POP server, the email which was already
received is received again.
How do I solve this problem?
FYI, I am using Outlook 2003 version.

Do you leave the mail on the server and/or do you have 2 accounts in Outlook
checking the same mailbox?

Do you have any anti-virus software that scans your incoming mail? If so,
try turning off the mail scanning and see if that fixes the problem.
