I am not able to open or insert any attachment in OUTLOOK

This just started couple of hours ago. When i open any email with attachment,
a message appears " Can't write into folder. Right click any folder and save
and check if you have permissions for this folder". The same message appears
when i try to insert any file.

Version of Outlook and Windows version might be pertinent, don't you think?
