I AM LOOKING FOR A SIMPLE PRODUCTION SCHEDULE FOR MANUFACTURING

I manage a small production team, and have developed a couple of spread
sheets to help. But I need a Production Planner for mangement, slaes staff
etc. to access to be able to determine -
Current production level
Lead times
Current Production in $$$$$
 
This doesn't answer your question, but have you read "The Goal" by Eliyahu M. Goldratt & Jeff Cox . It's a great read!
