i am getting error mesg "0x800cccf4" when checking hot mail?

Whenever I try to log into hotmail for new messages I get the error message
"0x800cccf4" and can't download messages from inbox, please let me know why I
amgetting this message and the solution.

Is this a paid Hotmail Plus or Premium account? Outlook cannot be used to
access the free Hotmail accounts any more (except in rare situations).

Many thanks for your kind guidance, I was not aware that Outlook is not
usable with free hotmail accounts, thanks, but sometimes when I log in I am
able to download the messages but its very rare, most of the time I get the
error mesg. Once again thanks a lot, my best wishes & regards to you.
