Typically a file referenced in an error message is not the underlying
cause of the error. The error message means an error occurred when
<FileName> was in use and it doesn't necessarily mean the file
referenced in the error is corrupt.
Penusa.dll suggests the problem lies in Handwriting recognition. First
try going to Help and running the Detect and Repair command and see if
the problem is found and resolved. If not, let us know and we'll go
from there.
