Hypertext still dont work

This is frustrating ... Isnt there a simple solution to this problem? Ive
tried all that was prescribed by Frank Saunders. I had hjt logs reviewed
still to no avail. Isnt there a setting that controls this? The same site
does not respond whether I use Explorer or Firefox.

Is it only one site or all sites? If one site, post the url so others
can check it out for you.
