I'm still interested in seeing the HTML code both for the signature in the
received message and for the saved .htm file that you're using as a
signature.

Sorry Sue - I am not sure if I understand your question or am making
myself clear - either way - apologies!
What I ideally want to do is to have a strap line within my signature,
which when clicked goes to a particular URL.
The problem is that using Outlooks own editor (which I guess is the
standard for most people) if I hyperlink a strapline to a particular URL,
when you view the signature - it seems to "convert" the hyperlink from being
"behind" the strapline and actually places and shows it next to the text
that you tried to hyperlink from - clearly not what was anticipated.
If I use word as the mail editor - all works fine, expect if the receiving
person does not word, but uses the standard editor - here Outlook seems to
"convert" the hyperlink again when they receive it - and shows it as I have
explained above.
I have amended the signtaure via going to the stored file itself, but
again when I open my mails using the standard editor - the same thing
happens.
It really seems as though you cannot have a hyperlink behind a piece of
text, when using the standard editor in Outlook - well that is what I am
trying to check anyway!.
