Hyperlinks in Forms

I have a form that I am making into a template. I have two hyperlinks: one
to a website and the other an email address. They work fine until I have to
lock the form to create the template. Any suggestions?

Hyperlinks don't work in protected forms because Word ignores clicking
almost anything that isn't inside a form field. The "almost" loophole is the
MacroButton field. See
