hyperlinks from Outlook Express

I can no longer connect to a website from an email. in other words, when i
get an email with an encoded web address, when i click on it, nothing
happens. I have to go to internet explorer and manually add the address.
This is a time waster.
Any ideas?

1) Ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup.
2) In IE click Tools>Internet Options>Programs>Reset Web Settings
