hyperlinks - email

[Bummer]

Something has happened and now emails with hyperlinks do not work.
Everything else seems to work fine.

I am using Outlook and Vista. I also have an att email account.

Please help!

The hyperlinks attached in emails sent to me do not work. I get this message
"This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this
computer. Please contact your system administrator." I am the system
administrator.

I'm running Outlook 2003.
