My name is Scott and I have a problem with Outlook 2000.
Problem:
When I receive email (or for example a newsletter) with
hyperlinks, they are not active. If I click on them, there
is no response (they don't work).
Also, when I try to open an attached file to emails, (for
example a .pdf file), I get a dialogue offering to save it
to a disk. When I say yes, there is an error message that
says, "Outlook cannot save the URL to a file. Cannot find
this file. Make sure the path and file name are correct."
If I select, open it, the error message reads, "The system
cannot find the path specified"
FYI, both my internet security, and privacy zones are set
to medium. I use ZoneAlarm Pro.
This never used to be a problem, but developed in the last
month or so.
I would really appreciate any help and guidance you are
able to give.
Thanks so much,
Scott
