Hyperlinking a WORD document to a specific location in a reference document on the Web

Is there a procedure for hyperlinking a WORD document to a specific location in a reference document that I found on the Web

The document on the Web is 81 pages long and displays as a single page under a single web address. I would like to refer my readers to a specific paragraph on page 27 (as determined through Print Preview or on the printed page)
 
Only if the target document has a defined bookmark for the location you want
to go to. When you insert your hyperlink, click the Bookmark button on the
Hyperlink dialog.
