Hi,

I have a email hyperlink on my PPT slides, when clicked opens my default
email client(Outlook). Is it possible to open OUtlook in a smaller window OR
Can I specify the window width and height as it opens.

Thnx,
K

Hi,

I imagine how Outlook opens will depend on how it was closed last externally
to PowerPoint. Open a program, resize it, and shut it down, and it should
remember where it was. So, I don't imagine you can control this at all.

Thanks for your reply Glen,
This is something that I want my users to incorporate. I am sorry for not
being clear in my question which is:
When my users click on the email link the outlook opens up right? Now the
trick is when it opens up it opens up full window and users are confused,
where the heck did my presentation go(Outlook came over it). I want the
outlook to open small so that it is clear for them that it's a new window and
which they can close etc.

I hope this time I was clear. I will greatly appreciate your replies.

Thnx
