I believe Steve's suggestion would require each user to
have the program the newsletter was created in on their
PC. For example, if your newsletter was created using
Microsoft Publisher, each user would have to have their
own copy of that program installed on their PC.
If this premise is not true and if you want strictly a on-
line newsletter, it would be best to create the
newsletter content in Front Page. Other programs (even
those from Microsoft) that purport to produce HTML
output, do so with a lot of "bloat" so simply cutting and
pasting or saving to an HTML file and then importing that
file into your Front Page web is not the most elegant
solution.
