Hyperlink to Excel

I can insert a hyperlink to open an Excel workbook but is there any way to
use the hyperlink to open the Excel workbook on a particular worksheet?

Copy the Excel bits to the clipboard. Then, in Word, choose Edit - Paste
Special. Select Paste Link.

When I do that, I can go directly to the source of the paste (in Excel) by
right-clicking the object in Word, and choosing Linked Worksheet Object -
Edit link or Open link.
