Hyperlink Names in Word to Outlook Contacts

Can't find guidance on this -- or on using smart tagas as a solution.

I'm drawing up a table in Word with people's names. I'd like to be able to
hyperlnk the names to their Outlook Contact file, so I don't have to retype
their contact info in the table. Is there a simple way to do this?
