Why does this happen. I have many links labeled "top page" that of course
takes you to the top of a page. I've cleared my browser cache and history
to ensure my colors aren't being affected wrong. Once on the page the
colors are correct. As soon as you click on one link, the color of each
link displays the "Visit" color. You can test this your self by clicking on
one link then hitting the browser refresh. At that point, all of the links
change to the visited color.

Annoying!

Works fine for me, the only yellow link is the page I am on.

That normal, as you have link to the page, bookmark are just to a spot on a specific page, but the
page has been accessed when you access a bookmark.

Both of you have the same response. I was under the impression that only
the link you click on will display the "Visit" color. That is what makes
sense to me. It seems to not make sense for you to click on one link and
all on the page turn into the "visit" color.

Am I thinking of some other system?

What about a download page that has 50 links for downloads or different
sites. Should all 50, on the page, change to the "visited" color because
you clicked on one link?

Thanks for you reply.

I only had the links change for the ones I had clicked.

I believe that is "visited" and not "visit", hence, all links
you've clicked will have the visited color (til you empty your
cache), not just the one you are currently visiting.

Just my 2cents...

Links to other pages, files or sites, will only change when you click on them.

However if you click a link to a page that has bookmarks, they are considered to have all been
visited, since you can scroll up or down the page and see all of the bookmarked content.
