HXDL.EXE error message

Every few minutes while on-line, I get the above message
saying that windows needs to be shut-down and restarted.
This has been happening for the past few days.

Any advise?--Thanks

Hi Allison,

HXDL.exe is reported to be a trojan horse program that is used to display
pop-up advertisements. The article at this link gives a run down on it.
