Hungapp Error Code using Microsoft Word

Hi:

I need help resolving a Microsoft Word issue. Anytime I use Outlook to try
and reply/send a message I get the following error:

szAppName : WINWORD.EXE szAppVer : 11.0.5604.0 szModName : hungapp
szModVer : 0.0.0.0 offset : 00000000

It seems like Outlook is trying to access some sort of Word file/document
and then it crashes on me. I cant figure out how to resolve this issue.

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.
