Hundreds of blank Internet Explorer Pop Ups

Ever since I downloaded the new IE Beta, I didn't like it so I decided to
uninstall it. Ever since I have done that it's caused nothing but problems
with Internet Explorer.

When I visit a web page, any random time it will freeze for a second, then
it will pop up TONS and TONS of blank Internet Explorer windows and it takes
me forever to exit out of them.

That's not the only problem, whenever I click on a new link, it opens it up
in another window, plus it not only does that, but it opens up one extra
blank internet explorer browser. I've got into the Advanced Tab under
Internet Options and made sure that I've had "Reuse windows for launching
shortcuts unchecked and that seemed to help the problem because before when
it was checked, whenever I'd type in a URL, everything would just freeze on
me.

I've tried my best to explain my problem but if you have any other
questions, I'll be sure to do my best to answer them. I am just really
frustrated and irritated over this.

Thanks

Goto add/remove and reinstall IE or use Firefox.
