huge lag when right-clicking my mouse

I have an issue with my right mouseclick. This issue came of briefly prior to
the release of SP2; when I right click my mouse (and this happens all 3 of my
PC's), it seems to take forever before the menu appears. When doing this in
Windows Explorer is often even get the notification that the programm does
not react, but if I'm patient enough, the menu will appear after all. Does
anyone know a solution to this? How can I get back to the immediate response
I used to get when right mouse-clicking?
