I've posted before but It didn't seem to go through,
trying again..

Internet explorer automaticly adds in http:// but now its
adding in http://ehttp.cc/? and I'm unable to go to
websites, Is there anyway I could fix this?

First eliminate any scumware.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each needs to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded. There's also a lot more to do than just those two programs.

Thank you so much, I downloaded RepairDefaultPrefix.reg
Off of http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/unwanted.htm , Which
Fixes HTTP prefixes. =)
