I'm trying to synchronis my database with a replcia on a
web server, but keep getting an Invalid HTTP Address
error.

Any reason for this?

Replication is a very specialised area, Tim. Try
microsoft.public.access.replication

The spammers and script-kiddies have succeeded in making it impossible for
me to use a real e-mail address in public newsgroups. E-mail replies to
this post will be deleted without being read. Any e-mail claiming to be
from brenreyn at indigo dot ie that is not digitally signed by me with a
GlobalSign digital certificate is a forgery and should be deleted without
being read. Follow-up questions should in general be posted to the
newsgroup, but if you have a good reason to send me e-mail, you'll find
a useable e-mail address at the URL above.

That option is no longer availble on the left, hence the
post under general questions.
Anything else?!
TIA
Tim

I just did a "refresh" of my newsgroup list for this server.
microsoft.public.access.replication does still exist. I went to it to make
sure and downloaded 287 new messages.

CAn you sen dme a link please - my listing on the left
goes
Gen Questions
New Users
Database design
Forms
Forms Coding
Import/Export
Install and Confg
Macros
Programming
Queries
Reports
Security

This will take you to the web interface.
http://support.microsoft.com/newsgroups/default.aspx

On the left, go to Office|Access|Replication

If you are using Outlook Express, the items on the left are newsgroup you
have "subscribed" to or previously visited. At the top of that list should
be the name of the account that you are using these newsgroups from. Right
click that name and choose Newsgroups from the pop-up menu. This will give
you a list of newsgroups available on the server. Go to the mentioned
newsgroup and click the Subscribe button. This will add the newsgroup to
your list on the left.
