Http dead.please help

Hi!


After uninstalling apache,mysql and php all web browsers on my
machine have stopped working.Pages wont load.Firefox just shows
a blank page, IE displays the usual error messages.I can ping
from the command line ,also MSN messenger and newsreaders work
fine.In
event viewer I get the following error:

Type: Error
Source: http


Unable to bind to the underlying transport for 0.0.0:2869.The IP
Listenonly list may contain a reference to an interface which
may not exist on this machine.The data field contains the error
number


I´m running winxp SP2

Any help would be appreciated.TIA

I suspect a break in the Layered Service provider chain from the
uninstalls.. One or the other of these 2 utilities will likely fix it.
