Http 500 Problem

After hunting round for the problem on the server, I've found this thread with loads of suggestions in it for other having the exact same problem:

Hopefully these errors will be a thing of the past Thanks to everyone that's posted updates in the forum when something has gone wrong, as it's helped pinpoint it

I've made 1 small change, but I need to make 1 bigger change that will bring the site down for around 1-2 mins - this should solve the problem I don't want to do it now as there are so many people online, but once it quietens down I'll give it a go
