HTTP 400 Error w/Outlook Web Access on Vista

I have Windows Vista Home Premium on my desktop PC. I had previously been
able to access my work email via Outlook Web Access 2003. Starting last
Tuesday, 10/16, when I go to log in, I immediately get an HTTP 400 Bad
Request Error, Webpage Cannot Be Found response. Another PC running Windows
XP SP2, works fine. Both machines run IE 7.

a) Talk to your Exchange admin
b) Post to microsoft.public.exchange.clients, as OWA is part of Exchange,
not Outlook.
