HTTP/1.1 401 Access Denied

Can,t able to download a singel thing from any site i
just got this msg (HTTP/1.1 401 Access Denied)when the
downloads reaches its last stage and even i cant update
my windows with this problem plzz help me out as soon as
possible.Will be greatful to u all
 
With IE open, go to Tools > Options > Advanced. Check "Use HTTP 1.1" or if
you are using a proxy, check "HTTP 1.1 through proxy connections". Do not
check both.
