Hello,

I have HTMLinputfile control that I am using to update file to the
specific location and then store link to that file in the database.
Is there any way that I could display to the user dialog window where
he could choose where he would like file to be uploaded?

You could manually build it with the File and Folder properties.
Look at the System.IO namespace
