Is anyone familiar with an HTML Snippet AddIn, similar to
what's availabel in Dreamweaver? The addin allows you to
keep a librabry of frequently used HTML code, and easily
insert it when needed (kind of like a library in Flash).

I really miss this functionality in Frontpage and hope
that there is an add-in somewhere out there that can do
this.

Thanks!

fp 2003 is supposed to have this. I have a text editor (notetab) that lets
you build clip libraries and i really like it. i'm looking forward to
seeing how 2003's is.

I'm just itching to get the 2003 version but I'm going to wait till the
wankers at Amazon send me Jim C.'s book that I ordered about a month ago.
I guess that's what I'm sticking to for my excuse ;-)

From what I know, Chris, it shipped yesterday. (There was a brief snafu in
binding.) It should be available at Amazon, B&N, etc. very soon.

The book will be well worth the wait, especially for those who are
interested in using Code Snippets in FrontPage. On the CD, you'll find a
new add-in from Jimco called SnipView. SnipView lets you easily manage your
Code Snippets in FrontPage. You can back up your Code Snippets, but you can
also open Code Snippets from other folks and add selected ones to your copy
of FrontPage with one click.

This add-in will only be available to those who purchase the book. It will
never be distributed on the Internet.

By the way, that's just one of many cool tools available on the CD and
available nowhere else.

I told you the etched on mica and bound with weathered copper would take too
long. ;-)

I love "book disks", sometimes buy a book just for this. really looking
forward to getting it now.

Thanks, you all just sold me on upgrading to FP2003. I also like the fact that it supports Dual-Screen! Can't wait to get it. Thanks again for everyone'e responses.
