an email that i receive on a daily basis contains an html formatted table -
the email arrives after i leave the office and i have set up a rule that
prints the email so that my boss can read it (he is a technophobe and will
not use the computer) the problem is that when automatically printed the
email comes out as simple text, losing the table formatting and making the
info contained incomprehensible. any ideas why this might be or what i could
do to fix it? incidentally when manually printed the table shows up fine...

Outlook version?

Download and install Service Pack 1, which is supposed to fix this problem.
