html mass converter ?

Hi all,

like usual i forgot the name of a program (i started to
write a file for each program in order to get rid of chaos...)

i'm looking for an html mass-converter (to text, or rtf), which
i had once : when started it shows a warning : do you really
want to convert all files from this disk ?

i would like to convert about 8000 html files.

KILL<HTML>
DMS-Soft 1996-1997

but there was another one, which didn' t ask for selecting
files. thanks
